Hi,

I'm trying to bend text into a circle. I want the text to be standing up and then to spin the camera around the outside of the text.

Is there anyway I can bend the text in swift 3d into a circle or do I need to produce each letter seperately and then rotate and position?

Or, can I import the bent (circular) text from another application then 3d ify it in swift 2.0 ?

If I apply for H1b in April, 2008 and choose consular visa processing, and the H1b starts in Oct, 2008. Do I have to go to the consular for a H1b visa? I might receive a EAD from 485 before October, and if I do, I would like to use EAD but keep the option of H1b open.

Can anyone answer me???

Say I don't activate my H1b in Oct 2008, but H1b is valid for three years, does it mean I can activate it any time by going to the consular for a H1b visa from 10/2008 to 09/2011? Of course I will keep my status valid (AOS) throughout the period.

I have replied to my I-485 RFE and the case status on USCIS website has changed from "RFE sent..." to "On June 2, 2009, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you...."

I am EB-3 India Oct 2004 PD. So not likely that my case status will change to "Approved" any time sooner. Do any one know if the status will change to any thing else before changing to "Approved" ? What I am trying to understand is if the case status will be updated on the website to state some thing that reflects that they accepted my answer in the RFE response.

Thank you for reading this thread.
I applied for green card via national interest waiver category, and I decided to obtain green card through consular processing. To be eligible to get the immigrant visa in my home country, I showed consulate an offer letter from a U.S. company.

My question is , do I really have to work on that job after I enter U.S. ? Because I am not very interested in that position. And I am thinking about studying for an MBA, instead of working.
I was given a temporary green card when I entered the custom. It usually takes 2 month to get the official green card. But if I reject that offer , would my green card be revoked ?

my wife is on her OPT and I am on my F1, her employer just filed for her H1b and my H4 I539 same time this week. (non profit university). So my question is do i need to go back to school next month to continue my education? or as long as the I539 is filed, i am under legal status? right now I have moved from Nebraska where we had our education to New york with my wife. if I have to go to school even when the I 539 is pending, can i just go transfer my status from the community college I am studying at in Nebraska to any community college that offers I-20 in New york? how can i report the change of school to USCIS after transfering? thanks!

The dude has been cranking out research papers, has bunch of patents and BTW, would be an H1B. Every univ gets fed funding one way or the other. Does it mean the dude cannot be hired by a US univ? Agreed, not every H1 is a genius, but every H1 is an immigrant who works his/her ass off, everyday contributing to americans' social security, medicare funds...

Hey,
I'm F1 right now, graduating in may. I'm not sure if i'm going to work or go to school after graduation. If I apply for OPT then get into school again as an F1 student, is my current F1 visa void (valid to 2012) ? Will I have to get a new F1 visa because I applied for OPT?

Hi!

I need to know when can I fly back to US on my H4 visa(valid till 2011 ).
My husband has joined a new job and his H1 B transfer has been filed .
Do I have to wait for new I 797 or Can I just travel on my old H4 visa and
visa transfer receipt notice .( he is filing the H1 transfer by premium processing ) .
His new employer is suggesting me to reenter on old h4 and before my husband
joins their company .
But for me that will be very soon ( not fulfilling the purpose of my visit ).
Any help is much appreciated.:confused:

The storyline continues. Last year, 13,500 regular H-1B applications were counted in the first week and 5,600 advanced degree applications. This year 5,900 regular applications were received in the first week and 4,500 advanced degree petitions. USCIS just reported that in the second week of counting, 7,100 regular cases were receipted and 5,100 advanced degree applications. Hi All,

My cousin has a speech pathology (MSc) degreee from india and is trying for job oppurtunities in US( myself being a s/w i have no clue how this process works), can anyone of you throw some light on what kind of visa is needed, visa process involved, any consultants who can sponsor visa, and what are other things required to get started for this process.
